All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Payment is due in full at the time of checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price due to error. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

All sealed collectible products involve an inherent element of chance. The contents of sealed products are determined solely by the manufacturer. Prismra makes no guarantee regarding specific contents, value, rarity, or quality of items found inside any opened product. Purchasing sealed collectibles is done entirely at your own risk.

5. Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Processing times and delivery estimates are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. Prismra is not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unopened, factory-sealed items only. Opened products are not eligible for return. Full details are available in our Return & Refund Policy.
