Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on every order within the United States — no minimum purchase, no hidden fees, no exceptions. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders are delivered within 3–7 business days via our trusted carrier partners. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 4–10 business days. These are estimates — actual delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier volume.

Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, selected based on the size, weight, and destination of each order.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you the moment your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate in the carrier's system.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Support@Prismra.shop with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will reship or refund — we will make it right.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Prismra is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us immediately if you need to correct an address before your order ships.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items ship within 1–3 business days of the product arriving at our Wilmington, Delaware facility. You will be notified by email of any significant delays to estimated release dates.
