At Prismra, we want you to shop with complete confidence. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Completely unopened and factory sealed in their original condition
- Unaltered, undamaged, and with all original packaging intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number)
Opened products are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances. All sealed collectible products contain randomized contents determined by the manufacturer — once opened, sales are final.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at Support@Prismra.shop with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item in its sealed condition. Do not ship any item back without first receiving written approval from our team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item shipped or damage caused by our packaging). We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method for all returns. Prismra is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may require an additional 3–5 business days to post the credit. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Support@Prismra.shop with your order number and clear photos. We will either reship the correct item or issue a full refund — your choice. Return shipping for our errors is covered by us.
Non-Returnable Items
- Any opened sealed collectible product
- Items returned without prior written approval
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items not in their original factory-sealed condition
